The key task of the higher education system has been and remains the training of highly qualified specialists. Competitions of professional skills in working professions, which are held among students, play an important role in this issue. The main purpose of such events is to increase the level of theoretical and professional training, students' interest in the profession, development of their creative activity, identification of individual performance indicators, dissemination and implementation of best practices, working methods and modern technologies, and promotion of working professions among young people.
In order to increase the prestige of working trades on May 23 in the territory of training and production workshops held K ONKURS professionalism and skill among students II-III courses department of technical specialties.
The competition was held in several stages. First, participants presented their teams and presented homework. Next, four representatives from each group of the second year, according to the drawings received, were engaged in the manufacture of finished metal products, while third-year students were involved in the "Technical Quest". The rest of the participants had the opportunity to join the competition and score extra points for their team by participating in the intellectual competitions "Black Chest" and crossword puzzles. In addition, students demonstrated practical skills in driving a car and a tractor. Special emotions were caused by sports and technical entertainments, where the participants showed their agility, strength, cohesion and desire to win.
According to the results of the competition, all teams received diplomas and symbolic gifts.
