Unfortunately, most of us just do not want to understand one simple truth that without basic skills of managing their personal funds, they will never become well-off people who are not dependent on fluctuations in the foreign exchange market, who are not afraid of various crises and pensions. which can be paid by public authorities.
Education has always been and will be the most important factor in managing any social change. Today, knowledge, intelligence, competence have become the most valuable and popular product. The current state of reforming the education system of Ukraine is characterized by changes in all its subsystems, links, industries.
The economic department of the Agrotechnical College of Uman National University of Horticulture, keeping an eye on the pulse of all transformational changes and the latest trends, does not stay aside, promoting the need for socio-economic consciousness and culture of students.
On November 5, 2018, at the initiative of the NGO "Association of New Economic Education" in Ukraine, "Finance Week" started. Within the framework of the all-Ukrainian project, the cycle commission of accounting, financial and economic disciplines conducted a number of educational activities aimed at promoting financial education in modern society as a whole and opportunities for practical implementation of acquired knowledge in everyday life.

An interactive training session was held with 3rd year students of the Department of Economics on the topic: "Payments on the Internet : convenient, simple, safe !?". Every day more and more people use various Internet services: it is simple, convenient and saves a lot of time. However, we do not always exercise caution and care about the security of our financial transactions. After attending the training, students learned about all the currently known fraudulent ways of embezzling funds during online payments and received practical advice on how to be vigilant and not become another victim of cybercriminals.
